Held every year in October (week 43 of the calendar), the European Week for Safety and Health at Work is a highlight of the Safe Workplaces campaign.
With hundreds of awareness-raising actions across Europe and beyond, and an additional boost to media coverage, it is an ideal opportunity to get involved in the campaign. For the period 2023-2025, the theme chosen is Safe and healthy work in the digital age.
Activities organised to celebrate the European Week include, for example, special film screenings, social media events, conferences, exhibitions, competitions and training courses.
Organised by EU-OSHA and its partners, each European Week is structured around the campaign theme and aims to raise awareness of the importance of active and participatory management of health and safety at work.
