A Strong commitment to CSR

Founded and led by Daniel Schmidt, EHS 3 Frontières stands out through a series of significant initiatives and commitments that demonstrate its dedication to promoting sustainable and ethical practices. Due to its field of activity, EHS 3 Frontieres aims to positively impact the companies it advises in occupational EHS matters. The ESR label of the INDR and the CSR Responsibility Europe label have rewarded this commitment in September, 2024.

Active and Visible Commitment

Human Rights

On July 15, 2024, EHS 3 Frontières signed the Luxembourg « Business and Human Rights » pact. This commitment reflects the company’s determination to respect and promote human rights in all its operations. 

Human rights are inherent to all human beings, without distinction of nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic affiliation, color, religion, language or other characteristic. Human rights apply to everyone, without discrimination.

All companies therefore have the responsibility to ensure that they are respected throughout their value chains, regardless of the government’s ability or willingness to protect human rights.

EHS 3 Frontières attaches great importance to the choice of its suppliers and subcontractors as well as to the occupational health and safety of employees in its value chain, particularly concerning partners and end customers.

Diversity

The challenge of a Diversity Policy is to ensure that everyone has employment and career opportunities in line with their skills and aspirations, while respecting their individual characteristics (gender, age, ethnic or social origin, nationality, disability, language, religion or beliefs, political opinions, sexual orientation, gender identity, family situation, customs, surname (non-exhaustive list)).On May 14, 2024, EHS 3 Frontières signed the Diversity Charter in Luxembourg. This commitment reflects the company’s determination to promote inclusion and diversity within its operations, thereby fostering a respectful and inclusive corporate culture. Biodiversity and CSR

The company endorsed the « Renewed policy ambition on nature » Business Declaration at COP16, coordinated by Business for Nature. This declaration emphasizes the company’s commitment to protecting biodiversity and promoting policies in favor of nature. By participating in this initiative, EHS 3 Frontières demonstrates its support for global efforts to preserve our planet. Furthermore, we signed up to Business for Nature’s Call to Action urging governments to adopt ambitious policies not to reverse nature loss in this decade.

Concrete Actions for Positive Impact

Beyond these formal commitments, EHS 3 Frontières implements various actions to minimize its environmental impact and promote sustainable development. Initiatives include the support to the Team for the Planet initiative, the use of second-hand IT products, waste prevention , and adopting eco-driving practices. The company also prioritizes responsible purchasing, opting for durable and recyclable office supplies.
